A craft moment:
*Can't
Remember
A
F**king
Thing....* *Could we see when and where we are to meet again, we would be more tender when we bid our friends goodbye.* Marie Louise De La Ramee

*But lovers always come
And lovers always go
And no one's really sure
Who's lettin' go today
Walking away...*

How do you measure a year?

*In daylights, in sunsets
in midnights, in cups of coffee
in inches, in miles
in laughter, in strife....*

And what a year it's been! Happy Birthday to me, Happy Halloween to you!

Letting Go

*We need, in love, to practice only this: letting each other go. For holding on comes easily; we do not need to learn it.*

Edit: God! I've had trouble getting on here this evening. The site is very flaky tonight.. I wanted to say, further to my comment to Viv, that this isn't one of the songs I do.. It's just that the video is so much fun : )

You are the four seasons of my life..*

Much Simpler When

(viewed 547 times)
Life was much simpler when apples and blackberries were just fruits...

(Quoted all over the place, I've no idea of it's origins)

These blackberries were growing on the South Downs at the weekend. Am I mistaken or is the blackberry season longer than usual this year? They were side by side with some beautiful holly which was covered in berries.. I photo'd the holly too in case I get press ganged in to contributing to the Advent calendar again this year and I don't see anything I like better.

NB My usual date is the 19th Viv!!
