Nice but still cheap compared to our Bear experience :)

This morning, a small cub (I call him "Bouba") crossed our way on the trail. He literally crossed our way, running like a fury 5 meters far from where we were.
Then, we saw his sister cub (I call her "Frisquette") following him.
Joy and smiles !
Where was the (very very) dangerous mother ("Amandine") ?????
She was 15 meters in the prairie on our left.
10 min of pure silent pleasure for us, watching the trio running and playing.
Amandine tried to teach the 2 cubs, how to eat some grass.
Very very cute !
It was intense and even 12 hours later, I am still smiling.
(Did I say it was an exceptional moment ? People told us, it was very rare to see this kind of things, even in Yellowstone).
PS: Amandine, Bouba and Frisquette were the main bear characters of an animation of our childhood.

We ended up in Cooke City, Montana after 10pm (we don't plan anything, it is a day after day improvisation).
50 of local people, maximum in this town.
We went to the "Miners Saloon" and drank beers.
A rock band was playing covers (ACDC, Steve Ray Vaughan, Bon Jovi, Otis Redding...): it was musicaly horrible, but anyway, the atmosphere was the coolest.
Everybody was dancing and drinking.
Rock'n roll !
Hail to Cooke City !!!
Damn, I love crazy people ;)

Well, it was not that safe to be as close as I was, but I am glad anyway :)
(even if I was eaten alive by mosquitos deep in the forest...)
