Personal Favourites from my moblog

"And as you cross the circle line,
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You're a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly
In the corner of your eye,
Shining in the setting sun.
Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story's too damn real
And in the present tense.
Or that everbody's on the stage
And it seems like you're the only
Person sitting in the audience

Skating away, skating away, skating away On the thin ice of the new day"

Shooting the Opposition

(viewed 1004 times)
What a special Christmas Eve. We went out in anticipation of the Opposition. Our cloud cover was extremely heavy last night, but the moon finally showed about 15 minutes before midnight. We did actually *see* Mars, but couldn't get decent shots. We'll try again tonight. Managed some nice moon shots, though. It was magically warm last night as well, 28 F!

My computer has been cobbled back together too, so another hurrah!
